I am genuinely shocked by the good reviews. This was the worse nail experience I have ever had in my life. My nails chipped the day after and they began to lift just a few days after getting them done. The nail tech forgot to do the design I asked for and then was reluctant to do it after I reminded her so I said forget it. The nail’s themselves were sloppy and over $100. I went to this salon for a fill, thinking I was getting acrylic nails. I was booked with Nina, and I found out they don't offer acrylics they specialize in builder gel instead. I'll admit I was a little skeptical at first because I'd never had builder gel before, but Nina took the time to explain everything and reassured me that it was the healthiest and best option for my natural nails. literally the worst! i had a 10am appointment with tomasa, very rude, didn’t even do my nails like i wanted and i got charged 150 just for my nails. i’m so disappointed. the inspo i provided for her doesn’t look like my nails. i should sue
