To Have my natural nails shorten due to breakage The receptionist was going around to the tables and putting receipts down she was writing down what I wanted done she wrote down cutting and gel so I asked if there was a charge to shorten my nails She told me NO she told me that she just had to write everything down (Oh okay ) I want to pay and she said $50 so I questioned it and she told me That owner have to charge you $10 more for the Labor For shortening my nails Just Crazy I will never go back there again. Lux Nails is a staple in this area and a MUST TRY!! It is clean, modern, and accommodating. Nina and Danny are so skilled and always learning the latest trends and techniques. Any design or style you think of they can do. The pedicures are thorough and relaxing as well. I will be a loyal customer forever.
Terrible. My nail lady would not stop coughing and talking on the phone. She also destroyed my nails and my gel has so many bubbles under them. Not good and painful. Unprofessional
