Super disappointed in this company and how they handle upset customers. I called in regards to my previous review. The response stated they wanted to discuss how they could fix this. I gave them a call and asked for the manager and talked to the manger, Amy. I stated I do not trust them to redo my nails and would prefer a refund. She stated they don’t allow them and that if I were to get one I had to come in to get them sawed off for me to get my refund.
