Came in for a dip mani and regular pedi. I had Lynn and she did a great job. She paid close attention to details, making sure my nails were filed evenly, the same shape, took care of my cuticles and also made sure all the polish/powder was to the edge of my cuticle. The dip may be a little thick for some people's liking but I honestly didn't mind it because all around it was a nice even dip and it looked good.

Unfortunately, my recent experience at Lux Nail Bar was quite frustrating. I endured a significant wait, which was a poor start to my appointment. When I finally got to my station, the nail technician was unable to execute the specific nail design I had hoped for, which was a real letdown. To top it off, the overall quality of the service I received was disappointing, leaving my nails looking less than satisfactory. I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for specific designs or timely, high-quality work.

Place was nice, clean and calm so I didn’t mind waiting for my girlfriend to get her while she got her manicure done. But while I was waiting I never once got greeted or asked if I wanted a service done today which I normally get a manicure done with her. And also to mention, her original nail tech started her nails then stopped in mid session to pass her another nail tech (who was super slow) with no explanation. Did a great job on her nails though. She was happy.
