I am so disappointed by this nail salon experience. It's dirty, managerial staff is incredibly disrespectful to customers. I booked a 60$ gel set appointment and was teched by the MANAGER of the salon, Danny. Danny made no effort to establish what I wanted with my nails, when I said I wanted a nude french tip (which I indicated to the person on the phone who took my appointment)- he sloppily applied my tips and the nails look horrible. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I came in wanting a fill and nails were completely cut all the way down and I didn’t ask for that. On top of that the person doing my service had an attitude and when I asked them to fix my nails they had an attitude and still look terrible. My friend also was getting a pedicure and they told her they ran out of warm water so she had to deal with the cold water. Trust me I would never be back!!! 0/5

First time experience was great. I wanted a basic pedi with regular polish french tip and powder dip mani. I had it done on my nails alone (no extensions) and they turned out wonderful. They were super busy but very patient with me and were very thorough in making sure I was happy during the process. Mindy did my mani set and she is very talented. She took her time making sure they looked perfect. I will definitely be coming back to this place and to specially have Mindy do them again.
