Terrible customer service. Every pedicure I’ve ever gotten elsewhere, they have rubbed my feet and legs, focusing on my feet. I’ve never had to ask or specify that I want my feet rubbed. The owner says you need to specify here. You need to ask for your feet to be rubbed because “they are not massage therapists”. He offered to watch the cameras, after I brought my complaint to him, to see if she had massaged my feet. Not sure about their pricing and how they determine what they charge. $60 seems high for a basic pedicure with gel and chrome polish. They do a good job but their pricing doesn’t seem to be in line with other places.
They’re ok just got worked on by 4 different people.
