This was mine and my granddaughter’s first time at Lux. Our nails turned out really beautiful. The staff was absolutely amazing.

By far worst manicure I have ever not received. Requested pedicure along with manicure and gel nails. Pedicure was mediocre at best. As for manicure, did not even get hands soaked, no cuticle trim. They removed polish, which I had applied at home. Then applied gel polish while I sat in pedicure chair. Not even any polish rubbed into my hands when finished. Don't ask Cindy to do anything extra. Made an appt for a fill in and polish design for my 50th birthday nails. Vu (who has done great work for me) was on vacation so Cindy was my nail tech. I showed her many photos of reference and asked for particular nail art. She gave me nothing I asked for. Didn't listen to my requests. Stopped mid service to work on her own cuticle clipping but didn't touch mine even tho I asked her to push my cuticles back. Horrible service.
