The level of deceit and undisclosed actions this company, led by Carlie Goulet, takes borders on evil. We had a contract they executed, which was a 6 month lease with tenants. That 6 months expires on 12/31/24, but the tenants are not moving out because Carlie created an addendum that she and the clients signed extending this lease to 12/31/25. Extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism of this company. We retained them three years ago to manage our single rental property. The first two years went by with a few issues, namely calling in vendors for repairs without consulting us first as I’d requested as we’d just finished a big renovation project and many things were still under warranty.
