Save your money—and your hair—go anywhere else. Tin, the stylist, was very friendly, and I understand everyone can have an off day. I asked for a simple trim and blond highlights but left with uneven, choppy layers and grey-tinted highlights. When I went back, the manager/owner Winnie admitted it wasn’t what I asked for yet refused even a partial refund, only offering to “fix” it herself. Annie saved my hair! I tried to give myself a layered haircut to help my natural wave pattern come out a little bit more and I royally messed it up. I also found out I don't really have much natural curl. Womp womp! So I decided to get a perm to help with the curl and a trim to rescue my hair from the hatchet job that I did to myself. My hair always comes out looking fresh. Jacky does a great job and pays attention to every small details when cutting my hair. I enjoy the hair wash and the brief scalp massage as well!
