I’ve been to Lux Image Beauty twice now and Fiona is honestly amazing. She’s super patient, really listens, and takes her time to make sure everything comes out right. I never felt rushed and she explained the process so I felt comfortable the whole time.My hair came out beautiful the color is blended so well and feels healthy. Fiona is the only person I trust to maintain my dark blonde (naturally dark black with 2B waves) hair! She does an amazing job with bleaching and toning my roots regularly and my hair feels and looks so great under her care. I've had plenty of experiences with hairdressers that were a either pushy or tended to rush through coloring services but I always feel so relaxed when I come here. Highly recommend!
Came to get a color and get my bangs cut they were nice and the black color came out good but it was basic black. The way she cut my bangs I could already tell she doesn’t know how to cut hair my mother was a hairstylist so I know a lot about cutting and coloring hair. She didn’t even part my bangs to cut it. She just grab pieces and started cutting. Save your money—and your hair—go anywhere else. Tin, the stylist, was very friendly, and I understand everyone can have an off day. I asked for a simple trim and blond highlights but left with uneven, choppy layers and grey-tinted highlights. When I went back, the manager/owner Winnie admitted it wasn’t what I asked for yet refused even a partial refund, only offering to “fix” it herself.
