They are not a very good company. Zero would be a better rating.
I want to say how patient and professional Ashley and Don Host we’re in showing my wife and I homes in Arizona. They spent a lot of time with us and were very helpful in helping us understand exactly what we were looking for as we weren’t sure as it turned out. We realized that we weren’t comfortable buying a used home we ended up buying a new home and in our same price range.
Very responsive when managing the sale of a house, and overall professional (Emily) besides one or two unprofessional exchanges during the negotiation period (Carlie). However, they became completely unresponsive after the sale regarding removing the home from Zillow and Redfin. My rating is mostly based on the dishonesty in the photos of the house. WARNING!!! DO NOT RENT FROM OR USE THIS COMPANY TO MANAGE YOUR PROPERTIES! IN FACT I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANY SERVICES! The owner of this company Carlie is a very unfair, rude, argumentative, DISHONEST, condescending, unprofessional woman. We unfortunately rented a home managed by Lux and had nothing but a bad experience from day one.
