The male hairdresser did not listen to what I wanted and seemed unwilling to consider my requests. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, he told me, "I won't charge you, just go away." And walked to their back room… I have never experienced such unprofessional and dismissive customer service at a salon. I believe the male owner would benefit from improving his customer service skills and learning how to communicate with clients respectfully.
