The hair cut I received was nothing short of a disaster and they charged me $40 for it, genuinely felt embarrassed to go anywhere but my home, however due to responsibilities I now have to bear this uneven, rushed cut to work and in the public. They cannot cut hair to save their lives, the dude seemed uninterested and unresponsive to my feedback on how I would’ve liked it cut. Save yourself the embarrassment and money and just spend it elsewhere.

I have regretted it. These people do not know how to do a haircut and now I need to wait for the awful haircut to grow out and then go back to our normal barber to get it fixed. The guy did not know English and did not understand my instruction of how I would’ve liked it cut

I’m genuinely at a loss for words after my visit to this salon. I went in for a straightforward haircut and ended up with what can only be described as a tragic mess. I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this salon was so dismal it warrants sharing. I went in for a simple trim and walked out with a haircut that’s nothing short of a disaster. Lux Barbershop somehow managed to mess up a bald cut, which I didn’t even think was possible. I asked for a simple clean shave, and they still managed to botch it. The barber left patches of hair unevenly, and my scalp was irritated from the rough handling. It was like they didn’t even care about doing a basic job right. I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Lux Barbershop. The quality of the haircut I received was shockingly poor. The barber seemed rushed and inattentive, leaving my hair uneven and choppy.
