They have no idea what they are doing. Worst company I've ever dealt with. Had Chris buff a boat. Boat was trashed once he was done and had to be repainted do to burns in the gel coat, deep gouges in my new stainless railing from the buffer, left wool in every cubby and did not clean them. Stay away from this company unless you like being robbed.
I got a wash and compound Now my RV has swirl marks all over it not any more shiny then before they came it looked ok when they left but once all of the compound dryed fully you can see they left it all over. There was compound chunks all over the hood they did not have tire shine said that was not included in a wash and wax so they didn't bring it . stay far away from these guys if you want anything done correctly on a fiber glass RV or boat. Chris was supposed to detail the truck today at 8am. Didn't show up. We called at 9am to see if he was still coming and he didn't answer his phone. It is a shame as we like to keep things local to help the economy in this area.
My car needed a detail BAD! Did some surfing on Facebook, and came across Lux. Wow! They did NOT disappoint! Great prices, professional, quick, and best of all...after sending a message, I got a speedy reply within the hour telling me they had availability the next day! I still haven’t heard back from the other places I contacted. Earned my business!!! Definitely will be coming back!
