I had an appointment scheduled at 5:30pm on a Sunday and I arrived to the appointment and called the hair dresser. She told me she had been out sick all day and that she sent a text message at 4:30 to let me know. I told her i never received a text message so she sent it as she was on the phone with me. Unprofessional in itself. Reguardless of the message even if she had sent it An hour prior it is still extremely unprofessional to not notify some one at the start of the day if you are cancelling so they have time to schedul... read more
