We are just about wrapping up a basement remodel with Lux and couldn't be more pleased with the way the project has been handled. Andrew, Ross & Ian have been exceptional in their professionalism and responsiveness to all our questions/concerns and we truly appreciate their design/build skills and industry expertise. PLEASE READ: Andrew came to my home for a bathroom remodeling bid. He was immediately hostile and off-putting. He was more interested in ripping me off than doing the job. When I told him I knew what the job involved and that I knew what I wanted, he said, "this meeting is over". When I asked him to 'get out of my home', on the way out he said, "what did you think? I was going to hang out with you all day?, and if you can believe it, he then said to me, "my house is nicer than this". This guy is a real jerk. Don't hire him. ... read more
I called Andrew for an estimate on a small project and even with it being out of their scope he was so quick to help me find help and a contractor that he recommended. Can’t wait til I have a bigger project to use them in the future!
