Picked up my second watch purchased from Lux, a rolex datejust. Trish and team were wonderful to work with and made buying a rolex as simple and satisfying as it should be. I look forward to my next Lux & Bond purchase.
This is a lovely jewelry store. We worked with Simon, who turned a long pearl necklace into several bracelets and smaller necklaces. He was so knowledgeable and attentive and made some great suggestions. I highly recommend working with him!

Most disgusting and disrespectful treatment. I brought in my late husband’s Rolex to have the bracelet adjusted to fit me. The employee took one look and asked if it was fake, then followed up by questioning where I purchased it—completely uncalled for and insulting. Thankfully, I had the certificate on hand, but the damage was done. I won’t be returning, and I strongly suggest others think twice before trusting them with something valuable or sentimental.
