They are not good with cleaning and shaping the nails. It was a hurry up job
I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I requested a callus removal service, and while I understand my feet had thick calluses, the technician didn’t make any effort beyond the basic pedicure. After the service, I noticed my calluses were still there, and when I pointed it out, she simply said she couldn’t remove any more. The manager or owner was dismissive, saying, ‘What do you expect, baby feet?’—which was unprofessional. At other salons, they’ve been able to remove all the calluses without an issue.
