Tried to get details about what service I need..very bad responsiveness and then wants to charge $25 for same day service though I am trying to get a response for over a week and she fails to respond. Then when I asked to waive the sane day fees of $25 as it was not my fault but her not responding, she stated she didn't have time to pick up my colors SMH Jesus, very bad in communication and then trying to overcharge!
Lily was outstanding. Katrina was foul mouthed and abrasive. Owner let it go. You shouldn’t pay to be insulted. Horrible experience. Left in tears. I wish the best for them but will never NEVER go back and will try to make sure my friends are warned.
