I had a waxing done on 24th September 2025 and it left me with burns and pigmentation because the wax used was old and the technique was harsh. With sensitive skin, I should have been patch-tested or at least warned, but that didn’t happen. This has caused visible marks and distress, and I want to make sure no one else experiences this

I’ve been going to Lux for a while, Truce always does my manicure and she’s amazing! today I had the pleasure of meeting Hannah and wow, she is incredible! She did both my pedicure and waxing, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Hannah is not only highly professional and skilled, but also so warm and friendly that she instantly makes you feel comfortable. Honestly, this was the best experience I’ve had yet. If you’re booking at Lux, do yourself a favor and ask for Hannah, she’s amazing!

I had the most amazing experience. Truc took care of my nails as I was just arriving to the city and never imagined this would look as good. The whole process was meticulous and impressive. Definitely would come back if I’m ever back in town!

I think I’ve finally found my nail place. Mahsa was so fun to talk to, patient with my indecisiveness (even offering to test multiple colors out with me), and did a stunning job. Thank you!
