Today I received an amazing manicure by Tina. She is my go to person not only for manicures, but also pedicures and eyebrow tints. The salon is always accommodating for appointments and everyone is extremely friendly. Highly recommended.
I recently had my legs waxed the tech was very ruff I told her she was being a bit aggressive and she didn't say anything I repeated this at least 3 times. When I arrived home the inside of my thighs where bruised as well as the top of my thighs. When I went in she basically said it was my issue. I asked when manager was in , she again told me it was a ME issue. I've never bruised after waxing. She didn't apologize but offered me 1/2 my money back. While visiting Ottawa from Toronto I decided to visit Lux to get a shellac manicure and pedicure. However I kind of regret that decision We started with a pedicure, which was not done well or even correctly. After I pedicure you expect to have baby smooth heels and feet… however after the pedicure treatment I kid you not it’s like I just left with painted toe nails like nothing else was done.
