I’ve been seeing Kaylin at Lux for color and cut almost three years now. She is reliable, checks in with me about my hair condition/concerns every visit, listens to my preferences, and she is skilled in the services I’ve requested, including a sculpted asymmetrical bob shaved at the neck. Ariel, Emma, and other front attendants are always welcoming and professional, offering Aveda Comforting Tea or water when clients arrive. So grateful for my overall experience with Lux Salon over the years, especially for Chanelle, who cut my hair yesterday. She is so talented, patient, and really listened to me making sure we were on the same page about my haircut goals. She took her time and I could tell she was a perfectionist which I loved. Obviously, I love my haircut! I found a stylist I will return to.
