It’s been almost a year since I got my hair done here and I’m still getting color corrections for the work they did for me. Changed my entire base color without asking me, all I wanted was more highlights. Also charged me $380 for a job I was so so unsatisfied with. They Wanted to charge me more to come back and get it fixed. I didn’t want to leave a bad review but it’s been so long and im still dealing with the mess she made of my hair.
James Cook is a true artisan. Good fortune got me scheduled with him. I had a bad haircut and bad dye job from my nieces friend. It was expensive (for me) but he corrected the awful brassy tones which conflicted with my natural coloring. He said we have to wait to get a better haircut from the short layers the other person cut. He fixed the cut and color mess. I would recommend him to anyone for help and style.
