Update*** The facial drooping is significantly worse. The owner agreed to a partial refund and then stopped responding. No refund has been given at all and all communication has stopped. I had a terrible experience at Luvit Beauty Bar and I am now awaiting a response from the owner. This was my first time coming here-Gigi convinced me to receive 36 units of botox as opposed to my usual 20 units. After I followed all normal protocol for botox, there were no results. I waited the full 14 days and saw no results. At my checkup appointment, I expressed my concerns. Gigi explained that I needed a different type of toxin.
