I took my Rav 4 in for a Factory recall. Took a couple weeks to get an appointment. My car was making a constant noise. Having had experienced wheel bearing issues on the front. (I knew what it was) BUT, the service rep. Bret said he drove it and said to mt face it was fine. (BIG LIE) It was my rear wheel bearings. Not impressed whatsoever.
