horrible service . the tech messed up on a pedicure so he was distracted and messed up on my nails . they only offered a $5 discount when it’ll cost way more to fix. they wanted me to stay and have him fix it again when i was already there for 2 and a half hours and the man clearly was not providing a good service since i was the 2nd person in a row that he messed up on with 2 completely different services .
I’m literally sitting here witnessing the lazy act on my feet by one of the technicians, i swear he didn’t even clean my toes, just removed the old pedi and that’s it, very disappointed but there’s no other tech available and i don’t have the time to wait ughhh
I went to four nail shops before I found this place five stars check them out. They listen to what you need and take care of you like you’re supposed to be taking care of at the Nail Shop.
Me and my daughter wanted to try a new place since we new here in Victorville we both came here to get are feet down the lady that did mines was so great the person that did my daughter was going very fast and she got done it was a mess I asked them can they redo the polish and the man told me no like I’m asking them to do something extra never again will we be back to this place if I could give zero starts I would.
