I took my cat there for an emergency, and despite the renovations being completed and the somewhat chaotic atmosphere, the staff were quick, competent and caring. I made the difficult decision to end my pet's suffering, and realized they had gone out of their way to ensure our last moments together were kept private by covering the window which prevented people in their lobby from seeing in the room. Needed a vet to see my dog, and got a fast appointment, which is good. As with all vets, ask for a list of suggested services and reject the unnecessary tests and services. My proposed bill went from over $400 to about $100 and my dog is doing great.
