A true gem! Best selection of frames, affordable, and the best service I’ve ever had finding glasses! Highly recommend checking them out.
Marina and Rafael are absolutely the best. They consistently create a calm and UNRUSHED consultation. Very competent and are licensed for what they do. They listened to what I was looking for and brought out the suggested frames based exactly on what I was looking for; no hard sell and no upsell. I have recommended them to my partner who checked out most of the optical businesses on the UWS and he chose this one. I would highly recommend them.

I am giving this place 1 star because Google won’t allow me to give 0. The level of professionalism, empathy and just basic care for your customers who come in and trust you with their eye care is heartbreaking. Reached out after moving STATES away to get a prescription for my nieces glasses, 5 year old, who is starting school for the first time ever in a brand new state!! And she denied us the prescription because she wanted to sell us the glasses. Please please please do not go to this lady’s optical. All she cares for is ... read more
