Receiving unsolicited commercial email from this outfit. SPAM! Unsubscribed multiple times and even called and asked politely to be removed and then 2 emails even after the call.
Don't give them your one number or Sandi will call you 5 times a week trying to get your business. I would think she would get the hint when I block her. Absolutely harassment and when I called her to tell her to stop calling me she said "well you should pick up your phone" ssns hung up on me. Ernst What a joke and unprofessional!
Unlike the other reviews I have had a positive experience with advertising with Luv Local. I always deal with Shonda and she’s great. They always call if they have an open spot in a booklet and offer me promotions in other areas I don’t usually advertise in.
Steve threatened to file a small claims suit to strong arm money he felt owed after they ran unapproved ads. Paid him to avoid the hassle. The 50% refund guarantee was requested, no answer. My own suit is coming. Don't dip your business walnuts in this ice water.
They don’t care about you at all, have been arguing with me, about bill increasing $200 more a month and they with out my approval started the contract over. Had to get my bank involved. Steve is very rude and only cares about money
