Yesterday, I called to schedule an appointment for my daughter after receiving new health insurance. During my initial call, I accidentally provided the wrong member ID number. As soon as I realized the mistake, I called back to provide the correct information. Unfortunately, the staff member who answered would not allow me to explain why I was calling. Our kids saw Rosy (Rose Campbell) and we had a great experience. She took her time to carefully examine them and never rushed the visit. Beyond the physical exam, she asked thoughtful questions to understand how the kids respond and interact. She also shared helpful advice on healthy eating habits and ways to keep their bodies flexible as they grow. We really appreciated her patience and care. Highly recommend!

Knocking on the front door is ridiculous. Its a clinic not someones house. You make an appointment and u still sit there for a hour before talking to a dr. I will say we love the dr we see. But thats about it. Response to the response we got**** Your a business. A shooting can happen anywhere and kids and families are everywhere. A business should be open during business hours.
