I am an 82 year old person on a fixed income and in March 2022, the technician who treats my lawn referred a lawn company to replace the sod on my front lawn. He told me Luv-A Lawn worked with this company and assured me the job would be done correctly. I paid $1500 to the referred company. The lawn care company removed my grass and they never returned to finish the job. My family called Luv-A-Lawn to complain about their referral and asked that they help me resolve the issue. I cancelled my service because I realized that we lawn was not being serviced properly or not at all.. I have cameras on my property and literally saw a representative do the paperwork in the truck. It took him about 10 to 15 minutes. He then gets out of the truck and puts the paper on my door. He goes to the truck and gets a spray, sprays the front bushes and leaves. I love, love, love this company. My grass has turned green again and without any weeds. The previous person I was using was putting too much chemical to it so we called Luv a Lawn and so far, they have been doing a great job. Mike is an honest person.

THIS IS THE WORST LAWN AND PEST CONTROL COMPANY IN FLORIDA!!!!!! THEY USE SUPER INFERIOR PRODUCTS FOR THE LAWN..I ACTUALLY STARTED GETTING MORE WEEDS 5 TO 6 WEEKS AFTER THE TREATMENT PLAN STARTED!! I have contracted as a result of a solicitation. The sales rep, Anthony, misled me with the information that I was signing. He stated "no contracts" and I believed him. After a couple of applications and right when we were hit by Hurricane Irma, my house was damaged, including the lawn, fence etc. I asked them to stop the services because my home insurance deductible to repair the house was too high and they did not care.
