Spent a few hours there today and my boys and their friends had a blast!! This could not be a better play place! A few suggestions: please turn down the music a bit. It wasn't overly busy, but the volume of the music made it seem a little more chaotic. And PLEASE turn off the CHRISTMAS music! I love it when it's the right time of year, but am definitely not ready to hear it again just yet! I was also expecting a little better coffee option. Exactly what Surprise needed. A welcoming and safe environment for children to play and adults to relax.
We had a great time today-2.5 hours long!!! Let me start by saying, I LOVE that they are concerned with safety! We had wristbands with our last name on it and number of people in our party. They check and cut off your wristbands before you leave!!!! We played in every area but not the baby area since not baby age anymore. My son (2 yrs. Old) loved the train arcade game. We spent an afternoon there with 3-6yo boys and they had a blast. The facility is clean and there is lots for them to do as they climb around like the little monkeys they are! I am sad that our 2 month old will be charged admission soon (they start charging at 5mos whether they can sit up/crawl or not). Wish they would at least do under 1yr at no cost (at least with admission for a sibling). But regardless we will be back plenty! I am so excited there is a good indoor activity in Surprise!
This place was great! We have two special needs sons, and all of the staff are very understanding and accommodating. The entire play area is cushioned, including the floor and edges of furniture. I was impressed with how it was organized by age and included a sensory play area. Safety was a priority of the staff, and they had staff constantly checking the play areas. We will definitely be back.

Took my daughter here yesterday and she had a blast! Great place for kids and parents. She played for 5 hours and never got bored. Very reasonably priced food and great games as well. We bought a 1 month unlimited membership so we will definitely be back!
