Outstanding in every way!! I live in California and went back for my Grandsons Party, the staff was caring and considerate to all kids (young and old alike), meaning me. Everything seemed to be priced very well - look into your children's eyes - a childs imagination runs wild. All of my grandchildren live in Arizona and I will be happy to take them here again, many times over. Thank you !!
This place is amazing...! My kids played for three hours straight and didn't once stop playing till they had to go 😆😆 that gets a 5 stars from me and thumbs up because they would have kept playing forever!! It's clean, fun with a great atmosphere! Thanks for opening up a location in Surprise, we really needed this!
Went today for the first time and had an amazing time. My daughter played for almost 3 hours, with so many things to do we could have stayed all day. The entire place was clean and in great shape. I was even impressed that the snacks at the cafe were quite reasonably priced with a decent selection. My only complaint was we couldn't find a table and had to sit at the barstools that weren't terribly comfortable but that's to be expected on a busy Friday in the summer. We will be back for sure!
Price was very reasonable, play area so clean, the women's restroom did need the poopy diapers taken out. We will definitely go again. My son has autism and he behaves better than most of the kids. Like any place, parents sometimes just their kids be rude while they sit back and talk in the phone. I watched a 2 yo girl hit her head and no parent was to be found. Just because it is enclosed is no excuse not watch your kids.
We took our 3 grandkids aged 6, 5, & 2. The older dark haired lady at the desk for payments & wrist bands seemed super annoyed. Once we completed our admission transaction it was all good! The kids loved it and had a blast! We will be revisiting again! Note to other parents & adults: put down your phones, close your laptops, and PLAY with your kids!! I saw way too many mothers ignoring their children!
We came here today and we were really impressed with it! My kiddos LOVED it. We spent several hours there. It's reasonably priced and the food is good. And it's very clean! I do have one concern though and I won't dock stars because the rest of the place is that awesome! The little banana swing carousel ride in the toddler area is just kind of terrible. This is by far the best indoor play place for my granddaughter. We drive from North Phoenix (about 40 minutes) to go and it's well worth it.
