I watched one of their drivers purposefully try to run over a sick raccoon in Rochester. He was yelling obscenities at those of us who tried to stop him. Then he almost rear ended the person in front of him trying to speed off. Wouldn’t want this guy working on my house or business.
I am very disappointed with my experience with Lutz Roofing. They came out to inspect the roof but did not fix anything, yet I was charged almost $400 just for the inspection. I feel the charge was extremely high considering that no repair or actual work was completed. I did not feel that I received value for what I paid. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Lutz Roofing to others.
