That ugly new Lutz office building should have never been allowed to be built! Now while in the park trying to enjoy the scenery you have to stare at that ugly huge tall monstrosity! In the morning the windows produce an intense blinding glare. Can Lutz really beautify anything geez!! And Shelby Twp building dept. is very inept and are destroying a beautiful city with their decisions and approvals of ugly out of place buildings and questionable lower class type of businesses.
Had a paint spill in Lowe’s parking lot and a very nice gentleman gave us something to use to cover it up so it wouldn’t get everywhere and all over our tires. Didn’t catch his name but thank you! We don’t need any roofing soon but in the future will definitely use them!
We have been working with Lutz for years. We have a small commercial shopping center in Troy and Lutz has put on our last 2 roofs, each being a bit over $105k installed. The last was in 2018 and since then we have had approximately $4500 in repairs in 6 years. The repairs have typically worked well, with the exception of repeat leaks over the restaurant in the plaza.
