Don't go nutz, Just call Lutz
Been trying to get Kevin to hook up my garage heater for a couple years. The heater has been hanging in my garage, just waiting for a gas line (literally 40 feet of gas pipe/tubing). Every time I call I'm told to "call back Monday morning and we'll schedule it for Wednesday or Thursday next week". This was the narrative all last summer. Finally was told "don't call me, I'll call you". Haven't heard from him in several months now.
