I contacted Lutz Plumbing for a water line replacement. From quote to completion, Austin provided excellent service. He explained in plain words the process and how this issue would be repaired. Lutz plumbing is a business that I have depended on to keep our lives in an almost century old house happy and healthy!! They are definitely one of the best of the best in Kansas City Kansas and Missouri. And it doesn't hurt that their trucks are beautiful either!!

Water backed up in the main water line and paid over $550 for Lutz to cable the kitchen sink, bathroom sink, and washing machine drain. The back up has returned. I have now hired a new plumber to clear the main water line properly at a much lower price. I am disappointed with the service I received, even after I called to notify them that the problem had returned. I will never use/refer this company to anyone in the future. Person was here for 15 minutes tops and charged 29.95 just to drive here, $139.99 to get the garbage disposal working and $62.95 to disconnect a hose from my washing machine. No parts at all. Talk about a rip off. My fault I should have done a better job asking about there fee structure. So beware. Call to be ripped off.
