RecommendedAll I can say is that Lutz funeral home did such a great job with my dad and John was awesome with me and my family. Highly recommend them!
Kind and courteous treatment from the entire staff. Willing to listen and not judge when dealing with customers.
John has handled both of our infant sons funerals and burials. He also made sure to transport from the hospital unit instead of the morgue. We love the Lutz Family. They have made our time of grieving and funeral planning bearable and we did not have to worry about a thing. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.
First time at this funeral home. Very nice, felt homey not creepy like some. Made you feel more relaxed. The gentleman that greeted you at the door was so sweet. Wanted to help my parents in and told them they could of used the ramp. Even tho Dick had cancer he looked great. Natural not made up like a porcelain doll. They did such an amazing job. 5 + stars all the way. Thank You
The people who works there are kind and very understanding about kissing loved one I been too couple loves one funnel loading my grandson it was hard they help me out alot
I buried my brother today. He was young, and it was unexpected. Then you throw in the fact that his death happened out of state, and there were complications from outside agencies. John (II) could not have been nicer. He and Yasmin worked with my family in our time of grief and made it bearable. They did not want us to have to worry about anything- they just handled it. You never want to think about losing a loved one or planning a funeral or life after death. When my life did a complete 360 last Sunday I didn't even know where to start. I called Lutz Funeral Home and received a call back from John within 2 minutes to let me know they were going to pick up my amazing mother. He cared he wanted to know her story and what had happened. My family has always been with Lutz Funeral an I always feel at home here even though I'm at a funeral, it's a beautiful place to say goodbye one last time to your loved ones an all the staff here takes their time to comfort you. which a lot of places done.
