The worst social services caseworker ever. TANYA LEE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!! This office at 1340 S Damen is completely unacceptable. Phones are never answered—no matter the time of day—and messages go ignored. Trying to get in contact with anyone is a constant battle, which is outrageous for an organization that is supposed to support vulnerable families. The lack of professionalism is obvious. I finally surrendered my license. For the past 16 yrs and 11 years with a child I had to LEAVE THIS GOD FORBIDDEN agency. I was: lied on, ostracized, retaliated against, bullied, unfairly treated, hated (because they said I talked too much and advocated too hard), missing payments, scrutinized, humiliated, mentally and emotionally traumatized.
