Rude and do not attempt to do their job at all.
I Have called and call nobody ever calls you back at this point want to talk to a supervisor. Don't even bother leaving voice mail they aren't returned. I Don't understand how employees are allowed to treat people this way. This is why are world is the way it is with so much hate. I don't believe they ever care to bring families back together either.
No one knows how to answer the phones. Don’t leave a voicemail they never return them. And when you get involved with them and try to cancel services with them it takes months for whatever reason to cancel with them they like to play games and have run around answers had to hire a lawyer.
I am not sure what their hiring process is but I am certain that they just require a pulse. HORRABLE staff.
