I can't say enough about the service my mother received at Lutheran Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center in Worcester. They coordinated with the hospital on my behalf so I could take my mother to visit my sister on what would be her last day here on earth. They handled me with compassion and patience when I'd call with my BS because I was emotional and grieving. I love the staff at the Lutheran Rehabilitation and Skilled Care Center! They are a wonderfully warm and welcoming group of people who truly care for others. They greet you with a smile, pay attention to your needs, and deliver on service. A rare find these days!
I toured Lutheran Rehabilitation with Michele and was very impressed with what I saw. The upgrades are beautiful and bright and very clean. The therapy space was well thought out and I could tell that their clients were happy and well cared for
Lutheran Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing is a wonderful facility and the Lily Mansion Rest home is so beautiful and inviting . The staff is friendly and they give exceptional care to their residents. The Worcester community is so lucky to have such a wonderful facility in their back yard.
My husband was in Rehab at Lutheran and it was a very positive experience for him and for myself. ALL of the staff were courteous, respectful and most of all caring. Everyone took the time to ensure we were not having any problems and if we did they quickly took care of it. After coming directly from a hectic hospital experience, Lutheran rehab was beyond my expectations. The rehab staff were wonderful and dropped in frequently to ensure he was doing his exercises.
