This was one of the worst experiences I have had bringing my 89 y/o Father in. We were in the ER for 7 hours and saw the Dr. for approximately 5 minutes. We weren't communicated with as far as treatment and information. It will be a long time until I return there

It was a nightmare....the elevators in the "parking garage" were not working and was told they never fix them....I finally found a nurse in the garage that was kind enough to walk me through the miles and miles of big doors and long long long hallways with no benches, chairs, or rails....and thought I would collapse before getting to the office....finally arrived at the first floor in an office but dont know whose office it was...they got me some oxygen and took me in a wheelchair to my doctor's office.  I will never ever go... read more

I had a sleep study done at Lutheran. The gentleman that administered test was great. Very helpful and expert. Down hill from there. Today is the 8th of September and my doctor still has not received results. I called to find out status and was informed I would receive a call back within two business days. It's Friday, so I may possibly get a call back on Monday. Not a very good way to run a business in my opinion. In all fairness I don't know how truthful Health one is being with me. I just feel two days is pretty extreme ... read more

I called the hospital's general number and the operator uwas nable to answer my questions so she transferred me to the security desk where there was no answer. I try to call the operator back and now she doesn't even say anything and puts me on hold. I hang up and all back and now she's not picking up the line. Very unprofessional and definitely should not be in a position to help customers.
