This place is incredible. Such a beautiful place and staff. Everyone is so kind, thoughtful and thankful. It truly amazing.
Very bad experience with this hospice. No help with education for family members caring in home. Rude staff that did show up one time. And never got a call from the RN that was supposed to stop in the next day to say he/she wasn't coming. When the family member called to ask for help because she didn't know what to do they never showed up. Nurse came almost an hour after the patent passed. Will never recommend this hospice to anyone! What an incredibly caring staff they have at Collier Hospice. They helped to make my mother-in-laws last days comfortable for her as well as the entire family during the time we spent with them. Helping to explain each phase of her transition and what to expect helped to make this much easier for our family. We are truly blessed to have shared this time with such a compassionate group of people.
