They canceled my husband's appt because he accidentally scheduled a 15 min appt online,but never even contacted him to let him know they canceled it. So then he showed up for his appt not knowing they canceled it. They didn't apologize or act like they cared at all. Very unprofessional. Our doctor is leaving and after this experience we are absolutely not choosing another doctor at this location and will be searching outside lutheran health network entirely.
I've actually been a patient for awhile now and it's conveniently located near my house in New Haven and I plan on coming back...
