I do like the doctors and medial staff — however I have one complaint about how lab work is set up. They need two ppl , having one person do paperwork and lab work makes it take too long.
I’ve had a wonderful experience here at Lutheran Health Physicians. Emily, and the intake staff, made me feel welcome and comfortable despite my less than ideal issues. I was able to voice all medical questions and concerns without feeling judged. They handled them promptly, confidently, and very professionally. I’ve truly found a provider here that I can trust and actually feel good about going to even when I’m feeling bad!

Lab is slower than ever. Need 2 people!!! It shouldn't take 45 minutes to get lab work.
My wife and I are new to the area and both went here to start new primary providers. In short my wife's doctor did not listen to her, judged her and told her she should take anti depression meds instead of ADHD meds. I was in the same room witnessing it and after I told the doctor no she said she would fill the ADHD script but never did. My wife went to IU health and is very happy with her new doctor.
