I took my husband in for high blood pressure issues. We were there for six hours and to only be told to follow up with primary doctor and a cardiologist. The doctor (Amanda Friend) did not seem concerned or interested in even helping. She briefly talked to us but did not go over the results from the 2 ekgs, blood work, or chest x-ray. I just want to give a big thanks to the ER staff and the ED nurse that saved my sister. She was found unconscious in her car and the team worked miraculously to save her life. This is the best hospital with the best staff. We are forever grateful.

I don’t understand why this hospital has such a low rating. Every single person I met was kind, professional, and welcoming. Everyone smiled, and while my wife was in surgery, several staff members came to check on me, reassured me, and told me not to worry. Their support meant so much during such a difficult time. We came through the Emergency Department. While I was still parking the car, the doctors had already called the lead surgeon because my wife needed emergency surgery. Josephine O. in the emergency department had a horrible attitude. If you have any questions be sure to ask anyone but her, unless you’re in the mood for unnecessary sarcasm and attitude. We need less people like her working in hospitals.
