Josephine O. in the emergency department had a horrible attitude. If you have any questions be sure to ask anyone but her, unless you’re in the mood for unnecessary sarcasm and attitude. We need less people like her working in hospitals.
The staff seemed very good. Although parking is just crazy here if someone could drop you off of their appointment that’s the best way to do it cause if you have to park, you could be literally a 20 minute walk from an entrance.
I honestly have PTSD from this ER now lmao. I’ve lived in several states and been to a bunch of ERs and this was the worst the wait time isn’t an issue it’s the fact that during the wait time I was ignored, no room so i was in the hallway having difficulties breathing I asked 3 nurses if I can get something for breathing (even the xray lady was super nice and questioned if I was given something) I have bronchitis, asthma then through out all this I have an anxiety disorder and I told my nurse it was hard to breathe and can I... read more
