My gf went there for 1 visit for an intake. They told her ahead of the appt she had to pay up front. She did & she paid with cash. Now they are saying that she didn’t pay & they billed her for $31. It’s not about the money. They wouldn’t have seen her if she didn’t pay up front. It’s about the principle that someone may have stolen the money. Do better.
Absolutely exceptional service my therapist was highly trained and we got a lot accomplished during our sessions I would highly recommend Lutheran Family Services to anyone looking for psychiatric help
The amount of unprofessionalism is baffling. Worst help I've ever received from a mental help facility. Currently changing providers. Do not waste your time here. They treat you like a number not a person and always miss filling your meds.
Utterly worthless. They are SLOW and UNORGANIZED. You might as well just stand on the street and ask strangers than ask tgese clowns for any help. One thing I can say about Catholic services is they make all the others look like complete trash. This organization is pathetic.
I've been a client here for a decade, miss one appointment (my old provider no longer works there)and now they say I'm a "new client" and they arent accepting new clients! I can't get a appointment with a new provider till July way to go helping people with mental health issues
