Good place for iop, but extremely difficult to get ahold of. When you try to call they don’t list this location as one you can contact. Plus was on hold for over 20 minutes before even being able to speak with someone. Absolutely rediclous!!
Easy questions and great staff
My gf went there for 1 visit for an intake. They told her ahead of the appt she had to pay up front. She did & she paid with cash. Now they are saying that she didn’t pay & they billed her for $31. It’s not about the money. They wouldn’t have seen her if she didn’t pay up front. It’s about the principle that someone may have stolen the money. Do better.
Absolutely exceptional service my therapist was highly trained and we got a lot accomplished during our sessions I would highly recommend Lutheran Family Services to anyone looking for psychiatric help
The amount of unprofessionalism is baffling. Worst help I've ever received from a mental help facility. Currently changing providers. Do not waste your time here. They treat you like a number not a person and always miss filling your meds.
