Absolutely unacceptable. I called Flatbush Family Health Center twice this week to follow up on information from my doctor — once they hung up on me mid-sentence, the other time I was yelled at by a staff member. This level of disrespect and unprofessionalism is disgraceful, especially from a healthcare provider. Avoid if you value basic courtesy.

Your on hold for 20 minutes to try and get an appointment for a newborn with the pediatrician all your other four children go to and they act like there's nothing they can do to help accomodate. That's how you lose patients, now I have to spend the day calling all over for a pediatrican to see a baby born 7/31 and discharged on August 2. Once I locate a new office all my children will be going there instead. Its ridiculous what healthcare has become.

Went in to ask a question the lady wit the dreads at the front asked dental or medical I told her medical .She told me to go to the other end of the desk .There were two at another desk one was on the phone the other was just there looking over her shoulders. So I stood there for about 10 to 15 minutes no one came to ask if I was being help. I just walk out. I can just imagine the kind of service that they provide to their clients.

I’ve been protected and valued for 17 years of health care, dental and medical services. They are the health physicians and RN that you’d love to work with. Everyone is so articulate and knowledgeable making appointments and visits one to look forward to.
