I have had the BEST experience applying for the Monarch on Highland THANKS to JONIQUE she is The ABSOLUTE BEST property manager I have ever came in contact with She takes pride in her work and helping others. She is not there just for a check she works like it is her profession she should be teaching a class on being a property manager I am Soo elated to have met her and know her.. All I can say is this place has done a complete 360 with new management. You can tell the manager cares and tries to work with you. The staff is awesome!!!

This property has done a 360! It’s nice, employees are helpful and amazing and the residents are nice. The outside is clean and the property is in a nice area. I’m thankful to have found this place.♥️♥️ Great Job.
The building it’s self is amazing , past management kinda let things go one that Ran the building down a little bit new management is trying to recover and it’s very much appreciated, miss the vending machines and wish the gym was a little more up to date .
