This place is an absolute dump, and has only gotten worse over the years. Freight elevator is constantly down, sometimes both elevators aren’t functioning, which really sucks in a 13 floor building. This property has shifted hands through a couple of companies in the past years, first “Alpha Management” then “Pegasus Residential” and since has probably been sold again.
