Unreal. They installed a water reducer in the house just before I purchased it. That install was 3 weeks ago. It was leaking on my final walk through. I figured no problem, I will just get them to come fix their work later. No point in holding up a house purchase for such a small thing. Nope, they will not fix it cause they did it for previous owner, not me. If I want it fixed by them, I have to pay for them to fix their crappy work. Well, I know who my plumber won't be for the rest of the time I live here.
Dependable, excellent service. I have used them for twenty years to include frozen pipe repairs and water heater replacement.
