Transaction went smooth and easy
The initial sale I was super happy with the service! They were attentive and great! ..... since then it has been awful. I called a month after I got my vehicle about a feature I didn't like, talked to two people just asking about it, got sent to my sales person, left a message and never got a call back. I had some damage not covered by warranty, which is not their fault. Everything was awesome Scott helped us out and got us what we wanted.
Service doesn’t know what they’re doing or just doesn’t care. My vehicle was shaking during high speeds on the test drive. I was assured it would be addressed by Steve N. (He is amazing, no hate to Steve) so I purchased the vehicle. They said the shaking was due to a tire imbalance. After the service, the car continued shaking. I asked to schedule another appointment.
