Dropped my car off after a theft. Kia claims so many things that did not happen. some examples (cleaned up glass, did a multipoint inspection on vehicle, changed oil, and looked over vehicle completely for all issues) There was glass all over back seat when I picked up the vehicle I actually SAT on a piece of glass that cut my leg, they did not do a multipoint inspection on my vehicle as ALL of my fluid levels were LOW or EMPTY and my hood latch was completely BROKEN so either they broke it or never even looked under my hood... read more
