Huge shout out to Jeff! My Kia had a problem requiring it to be towed. I called 3 different Kia dealers around the twin cities - Not only was Luther Kia Bloomington the dealer that could take a look at the car the soonest, they were also the most helpful over the phone. They got me set up with a rental car quickly and it was an easy process. Once they had my car and were able to look at it, they quickly found the issue. Went to look at a used vehicle on their lot. Vehicle had no heat and other issues that were not disclosed. l brought this up to the salesman he had 3 different excuses. "Old cars just take longer to warm up", "thats just cause it hasn't been driven" and "well its somewhat warm thats just how old cars are". Absolute nonsense i literally do this for a living and the shameless lies just stick in my craw.
Oscar Diaz has always been my go to guy here! He's always there with a smile to answer any questions, and has taken great care of me and my family! Honestly everyone I've interacted with here has been amazing. Thank you for everything guys!
