Went to look at a used vehicle on their lot. Vehicle had no heat and other issues that were not disclosed. l brought this up to the salesman he had 3 different excuses. "Old cars just take longer to warm up", "thats just cause it hasn't been driven" and "well its somewhat warm thats just how old cars are". Absolute nonsense i literally do this for a living and the shameless lies just stick in my craw.

I took my Kia Telluride SXP to Bloomington Kia for an oil change and tire rotation. I purchased this car from a different dealership and have been disappointed with their customer service and overall actions. I knew the Service Manager, Adam Bistodeau from the past and gave him a call. He got me set up with an appointment. When I got there Ermias Yebyo greeted me in the service lane.
