Update to my last post. To my surprise , the general manager followed up after my review posted. He had looked into the issues and provided the clarity and customer service we had expected. He listened carefully to my concerns and indicated he'd be having internal conversations and would follow up with us after that was concluded. The simple act of taking the feedback seriously, reviewing internal processes, and making the effort to follow up with us repaired a lot of damage. We appreciate his care and concern. Thank you!

My car was recently in the shop here for a service campaign, and there was a bit of a situation that happened to my car while it was there. Despite it being absolutely no fault of the shop or any of the people who work there, they still went above and beyond to fix it/help me with it.
