My car was recently in the shop here for a service campaign, and there was a bit of a situation that happened to my car while it was there. Despite it being absolutely no fault of the shop or any of the people who work there, they still went above and beyond to fix it/help me with it. Luthee Kia service is just the best! I always get my Kia vehicles well serviced and ride for over 10 years!
Very pleased with the treatment I get each time I've needed to bring my car in. Oscar has helped me in the past. This time around, I had the pleasure of working with Jeff. They had to keep my 10 year old Soul for about a week, had the use of a rental, and they even went to the trouble of parking my car under a nearby bridge to avoid hail damage during some heavy weather in the area. Kudos for great service.
I had a malfunctioning head lamp. Kia no longer made the piece it needed, and the repair would be $700. I had the extended warranty. Jeff worded the situation in such a way that I got a new head lamp, no extra cost. Great service here.
Jeff M. runs a great service shop here. Super efficient and well organized. Typically, going to a dealership for service reminds me of a good extortion movie. Jeff was able to get all of my service covered under warranty. I didn’t pay a dime.
