We had to get a door handle replaced. Brought it in so they could inspect it and decide what was needed to replace it. They kept it overnight. Picked it up the next day and was told that they would order the parts needed and call us when the parts arrived. 5 days they said. 2 weeks later, I called and asked about it. They hadn't ordered the parts. They asked me what parts I wanted. I explained it was a door handle but didn't know all the parts needed and that we brought it in for them to inspect and order the necessary parts... read more

tldr: After a trip to another dealership: overall good customer service, but if you buy a used car from these guys, do not expect it to be a good deal. If there's any sort of problem, do not expect them to fix it- even if it falls under the warranty period. I'm assuming because of multiple lawsuits, corporate keeps a pretty tight grip on the finances in their service department. As a customer, you're the one who gets to pay them back for that. So far not a good experience with this service department. I have a 2024 K5 and I am strongly considering selling/trading it in on a different car and brand because of this experience. I just can’t believe my recent experience. I went in 2 weeks ago because I was hearing a whining sound at 40-45 MPH from the front of the car. I also had some trim around the windows coming loose. They looked the car over and said the sound was tire related. They rotated and aligned the tires. The sound is still in the front of the car. Fast f... read more

The service department is hit or miss. I've had a few positive experiences where appointments were avalaible, you were in out and maintenence was great. I've had some men experiences where it's slow, or hard to get appointments or a shuttle. My last 2 experiences ir was almost impossible to even get appointments much Less on that worked for the schedule. Worse is when you arrive they tell you due to walk in delays your oil change will take 3 hrs, I'm sorry but that is just unacceptable. I'd rather have not been offered the a... read more
