I am completely dissatisfied with the service department at Luther Ford. I had recall word done on my Ford Explorer for a rear suspension link. Following the service, they told me that I would need a four wheel alignment but I would have to pay for it. I also had a check engine light for the evap system. They told me that they were told not to diagnose this issue. This was all after my vehicle sat there for 3 days. If I could give zero stars I would. This place is a mess. I made an appt to see a car. I showed up three days later for my appt and the cars check engine light was on, there was literally no oil in it, and the technicians then told me the car had major issues and it would cost about 11,000 dollars to fix it. I then decided to purchase another vehicle I found on the website that they had just gotten in. The vehicle was listed at 13,000. I received a mailer with a key to scratch off to win a chance for a car. I scratched it off and saw that I was a winner. The prizes were listed on the form, so I called to see it it was legit. Matt told me it was and that he couldn't see the prize but that it was "significant". He suggested that I come down to get the prize. I said, is this a waste of my time. He said no. Upon arriving. When I purchased my vechicle everything was so great and I was of course well taken care of. I choose the vechicle at Luther ford and Lincoln because it came with a Lifetime power train warranty . Well fast forward like 6 years and my cars engine needs work (all covered under power train warranty) so I called the dealership.
