JTCB I am the 3rd generation to be ordering flowers from Luther's Florist. My parents and my parents parents did business with them and never had a complaint. Poor Quality, Poor Service I ordered from Luther's for Valentine's Day, and what a mistake. The order was only partially delivered (they left out the chocolates and balloons), and what was delivered was vastly different from what I'd ordered, and very low quality. The flowers were wilted and dead the very next day, and it took several calls to their manager and nearly a week to get things straightened out.
