They didn't end up repairing my vehicle, but were great to deal with during the process.
Brian Rosario really helped me make my installation process seamless and quick. Ordered parts immediately, and even scheduled the glass repair to be done conveniently near my job, which was awesome. Thank you, Luther and thank you Brian!
Disappointed. Unqualified tech replaced my windshield. Multiple items not installed properly: A-Pillar trim was loose, corner boots (both sides), wire clip behind rearview mirror not clipped, gray clip that locks camera in not seated (allowed camera to bounce around). I found all of these issues and reported back to Luther. New windshield was dirty, debris on inside of car, and the I-pass transponder has already fallen off the inside of windshield.
